South Carolina Highway Patrol is seeking information on a fatal hit and run in Greenville County.
Sgt. Bill Rhyne reports the accident happened on August 31 around 2 AM on SC 291 at Hicks Road.
Two passengers without helmets on a moped were struck from behind. Both were thrown from the moped when they were hit.
One passenger died at the scene; the other was injured and taken to Greenville Memorial.
No information is known about the car which hit the moped.
