Highway Patrol reports a deadly collision involving a moped.
The crash happened Sunday afternoon around 1PM on US Highway 178 in Pickens County.
Master Trooper David Jones said the moped rider was slowing to turn when the driver of a 2013 Honda coupe hit them from behind.
The moped driver died at the scene.
The Honda driver was seatbelted and not injured.
Highway Patrol is investigating.
