Baptist Easley Hospital now offers hospital-based drive-through testing for COVID-19
Prisma Health Baptist Easley Hospital began offering hospital-based drive-through testing for COVID-19 beginning today, July 15.
Testing will be offered Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.
The site is near the front of the hospital at the intersection of Johns and Jeanes streets. Please enter the testing site from Richards Street.
Patients must have an electronic provider order for the COVID-19 testing.
Paper orders cannot be accepted at this time.
Patients also have the option of accessing providers through the Prisma Health Virtual Visit platform.
Virtual Visit, at prismahealth.org/virtual-visit, is providing COVID-19 screening for free; use promo code COVID19.
This is the fifth Prisma Health hospital in the Upstate to offer drive-through testing for COVID-19.
Existing sites in the Upstate include Greenville Memorial Hospital, Greer Memorial Hospital, Laurens County Hospital and Oconee Memorial Hospital.
All hospital-based sites require preauthorization through a provider order.
For information on Prisma Health’s community testing, which doesn’t require a provider order, visit prismahealth.org/coronavirus.
