One dead and one hospitalized after an accident in Oconee County.
Highway Patrol reports the accident happened on US 76 near Cobb Bridge Road on September 28th at 7 PM.
The driver and the passenger of a Ford SUV were thrown from the vehicle after the driver went off the road, over corrected, and overturned the vehicle.
Neither the driver nor the passenger were wearing seatbelts.
The driver was taken by helicopter to Greenville Memorial.
The passenger was dead at the scene.
The accident is still under investigation.
