Oconee Says No More

Oconee County says no more.The Oconee County Sheriff's Office has been investigating for months to rid the county of drug dealers.

The continuance of the undercover sting, classified "Operation Infinity," has resulted in The Narcotics Unit arresting nine drug dealers, 7 men 2 woman.

Sheriff Crenshaw says the department will not stop to rid the county of this criminal activity and are currently looking for twelve additional suspects.

Each of the nine arrested have been booked into the Oconee County Detention Center on charges ranging from distribution of marijuana and methamphetamine to possession of meth.

Each are awaiting an appearance before a judge. Mug Shots below.

Oconee County Sheriff’s Office Makes Arrests in Drug Cases

After a several months long investigation the Oconee County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit conducted a round-up as a continuance to the “Operation Infinity” sweep, resulting in the arrests of nine drug dealers; Chris Ricketts, Calvin Webb, Rashad Thompson, Earle Wilks II, Alex McCaffrey, Frankie Goss, and Terry Smith.

In conjunction with the round-up a search warrant was executed at Cody Road in Seneca, which resulted in the arrests of two individuals; Nathaniel Reese Stone and Kimberly Ledford Stone (unrelated to “Operation Infinity”). Both individuals were arrested without incident at the residence.

Sheriff Crenshaw states that these arrests are part of the efforts to combat the drug problem in Oconee County. “We will continue arresting those that choose to sell illegal drugs in our communities. We also are promoting drug prevention to our youth as well as encouraging those with an addiction to seek free help that is available. We are looking for an additional twelve suspects that will be arrested for the sale of illegal drugs.”

Each of the suspects has been booked into the Oconee County Detention Center where they are each awaiting an appearance before a judge.
