
The coroner's preliminary report says an Oconee County man died of smoke inhalation in the fire that swept his home on Pleasant Drive in Seneca early Friday.
Firefighters got the alarm shortly after 1:30 a.m.
The victim is identified as 70 year old Wayne Roger Glenn.
SLED investigates all fatal fires.
Their team, including arson detectives, will be joining the county's investigation.
The cause of the fire has not been determined at this time.
