The sentencing hearing for the Townville Elementary school shooter is scheduled for this morning.

Jesse Osborne entered guilty pleas this past December on FIVE indictments.

Right after the shooting in late September of 2016, Osborne admitted that he shot and killed his own father before he drove to Townville Elementary school and fired at first grade children and teachers.

6 year-old Jacob Hall was shot and the boy died three days later.

Osborne also shot another another student and a teacher at the school who both survived.

The minimum sentence he's looking at is 30 years behind bars and the maximum would be life in prison with no chance of parole.

The hearing is scheduled for this  morning at 9am.
