An inmate who walked away from Livesay Correctional Instituation has been captured.
The Department of Corrects previously reported 39 year-old Shane Adams was last seen on Sunday around 11:30 AM.
They later tweeted that he was captured just before 3 AM near a friend's house in Spartanburg.
Adams was housed in the Spartanburg County jail before returning to SCDC.
