Authorities report an Upstate woman drowned in a retention pond over the weekend.
Anderson County Coroner’s Office identified the victim as 56-year-old Toni Summers.
Summers was fishing with friends when she fell into the pond.
She reportedly was not able to swim; it was also noted that alcohol may have contributed to her death.
Summers' death has been ruled accidental.
