The Greenville County Coroner’s Office announced a Simpsonville woman's death has been ruled accidental.
The incident happened on September 11th when 60-year-old Charlotte Diane Brown pulled into the driveway at her home.
When Brown exited the car, it rolled backward and struck her.
She was taken by EMS to a local hospital but later died of blunt force trauma.
The incident was deemed accidental.
