Greenville County homicide investigators say no suspect is in custody, and they have no leads to the motive for the shooting death of a woman whose body was found in a car on Anderson Road early Tuesday.
Emergency dispatchers got a call just before 4:00 AM saying only that a woman had been shot inside a car at 2735 Anderson Road.
Lt. Ryan Flood with the Greenville County Sheriff's Office said in a press release deputies "located a 20 year-old female, who had been shot at least one time."
The victim, whose identity is still being withheld, was pronounced dead at the scene.
