Wrongful Death Lawsuit

A wrongful death lawsuit has been filed following the July shooting at Lavish Lounge.

The lawsuit was filed on August 31st by ​Tasha Kotz, the appointed Special Administrator Mykala Bell's estate.

Mykala Bell, a mother of two, was one of the two people killed in the shooting at the club on July 5th.

The lawsuit claims negligence against Defendant Social Club, which owns Lavish Lounge, owner Rommie Khalil, Kwane Brown aka Foogiano, entourage member Jarquez Kezavion Cooper, and promoter Radric Delantic Davis aka Gucci Mane.

Bell's estate is seeking to be awarded all medical, doctor and funeral expenses and damages for the wrongful death .
