Greenville Police say someone is making phone calls to area residents claiming they have a parking citation from Greenville Parking Services. They say you need to be aware of this because Greenville Parking Services does not call you for parking tickets.
If you get a call, you’ll probably notice it’s from an out-of-state number and you can pay for your alleged violation over the phone. Don’t do it.
If you think you might have an outstanding ticket, visit the Greenville parking services website and search your license plate number. You can pay that ticket – if you actually have one – on line. You can also call the office at 864-467-4900.
