The State in Columbia is reporting that a second teenager has been charged with murder, in the Sunday afternoon shooting north of Columbia that killed three other teens and wounded another.
The Richland County Sheriff's Department said 17 year old Karlos Damon Gibson was arrested without incident Monday and was charged with three counts of murder, one count of attempted murder, and multiple weapons violation.
Earlier Monday, Deputies arrested 17 year old Jahkeem Griffin with three counts of murder, one count of attempted murder and a weapons violation, in that same shooting on Saddletrail Road shooting.
Three victims died at a Columbia hospital, a fourth shooting victim, a 14 year old, was treated and released.
