A 2nd suspect has now been arrested in connection to a murder at an Upstate race track, last month. As we previously reported, 17 year old Calvin Lamont Parker Jr. died after being shot at Ware Shoals Dragway on May 11th.
A week later suspect, Kendrick Beanard Makins was arrested in Abbeville County and charged with Parker's murder.
The Laurens County Sheriff's Office now says a 2nd suspect Travis Dewayne Jr. of Greenwood has been arrested in connection to the fatal shooting. He's charged with murder and a weapons violation.
