An area Sheriff's Office has released a statement on the disappearance of an Upstate woman. 29 year old, Alexis Ware has been missing since she was last seen January 30th in Anderson County. On Wednesday, the Anderson County Sherriff's Office released a statement saying they are exhausting every possible avenue in the case and are committed to finding answers for the Ware family.
The Sheriff's Office listed the actions they have taken in the case, those include partnering with the McCormick County Sheriff's Office. Ware's car was found in McCormick County a few days after she was reported missing. The ACSO says they have obtained warrants on evidence in the case and have spent countless hours analyzing the results.
They also have reviewed surveillance footage and interviewed Ware's family members and associates. The Sheriff's Office says they have checked with hospital, coroner's offices and checked with TSA to see if Ware has boarded any flights.
Anderson County Sheriff Chad McBride says his office has requested help from South Carolina's FBI Field Office who he says is providing "investigative support". He also says they have partnered with SLED and activists groups to conduct large area searches for Ware.

The statement comes after recent criticisms by some that say Senator Lindsey Graham and the FBI are not doing enough to help in the effort to find Ware. Anyone with info on this case is asked to contact the Anderson County Sheriff's Office at 864-260-4405 or CrimeStoppers 888-274-6372.
