South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson joined 106.3 WORD on the Tara Show Wednesday morning to discuss his joining a coalition of several other state attorney generals pushing to reverse a Pennsylvania Supreme Court decision regarding ballots.
The ruling in the Republican Party of Pennsylvania v. Boockvar case was to allow mail-in ballots to be received up to three days after Election Day, even without postmarks. The coalition AG Wilson has joined is pushing for the Supreme Court to overturn this decision.
