"All Roads Lead To Rome " In Georgia special election

All roads lead to Rome, Georgia that is. Nearly twenty campaign trails come to a head, as candidates make their closing arguments for Tuesday's special election to replace former Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene.

Greene resigned in in January amid a very public rift between her and President Trump. Seventeen of the twenty contenders who filed for the seat are still in the race. They will compete on the same ballot regardless of party.

The top two vote-getters will advance to an April 7 runoff if no one scores a majority victory. The 14th District which spans ten counties in the northwest corner of Georgia.

A Democrat upset Tuesday could tighten the already razor-thin GOP majority in the U.S. House.

Among the 12 Republicans competing in the special election are District Attorney Clay Fuller, Three Democrat contenders include Shawn Harris, a retired Army general who challenged Greene in 2024.
