An Upstate man and his wife are facing charges after a child sex crime investigation. The Anderson County Sheriff's Office says, Investigators spent two months looking into the sexual abuse of a child which led to the arrest of Arthur Antoine and his wife, Laura.
The 15 year old victim was living at the Antoine's home in Anderson when the molestation began. Arthur Antoine is charged with 2nd degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor. Laura Antoine is charged with unlawful neglect of a child.
