Detectives with the Anderson County Sheriff’s Office Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force Tuesday announced the arrest of an Anderson man on charges of distributing and possessing files of child sexual abuse material.
25 year-old Brandon T. Manley has been charged with two counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor in the Second Degree and 10 counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor in the Third Degree.
The felony charges are punishable up to 10 years of imprisonment on each count. The South Carolina Attorney General’s Office as well as the Department of Homeland Security assisted with this investigation.
