With Veterans Day coming up this Thursday two area organizations are coming together to increase their ability to serve military veterans. Upstate Warrior Solutions is partnering with Goodwill Industries to open an office in Pickens County. A ceremony will be held today at 2 p.m. Monday. to celebrate their formal partnership.
The event will be held at the Goodwill location on Saco Lowell Road in Easley. The new location in Pickens County set to serve as their hub for the Tri-County area. Upstate Warrior Solutions says the partnership is expected to increase the number of veterans they serve by 20 percent.
