The Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office is investigating a fatal shooting over night. Deputies responded to a shooting in the parking lot of Ill Ink Tattoos on Boiling Springs Road around 11PM, Thursday.
The Coroner’s Office reports that 44-year-old Troy Allen Conner was taken to Spartanburg Regional Medical Center, where he later died just after 1AM. Investigators quickly identified Wade Christopher Kastner Jr., as a suspect in the shooting and a domestic violence incident against his wife at the business.
Kastner is charged with Murder, Domestic Violence and Possession of a Weapon During a Violent Crime. He's being held at the Spartanburg County jail.
