Woman arrested after Upstate shooting leaves one hospitalized

An Upstate woman is in custody after a shooting earlier this week. As we previously reported, the Greenville County Sheriff's Office responded to a shooting at the Oak Ridge Apartments on Pelham Road, early Monday morning.

Upon arrival, deputies found a man suffering from at least one gunshot wound. The suspect was identified as 21 year old, Ivory Chrisell Davis and she was later arrested. Investigators discovered that Davis and at least one other person went to the apartments to pull an armed robbery on the victim.

Davis and the victim reportedly knew each other. The victim was said to still be in critical condition at the hospital, at the time of this report. Davis is charged with attempted murder, armed robbery, criminal conspiracy and a weapons violation.

She is currently being held without bond at the Greenville County Detention Center. Investigators are still looking to identify other suspects involved. anyone with info should call Crime Stoppers Of Greenville at 23-Crime.
