A beloved Clemson athlete is facing charges after a recent traffic stop. 23 year old Ian Schieffelin was arrested recently for suspected DUI. Details on the arrest are limited but we're confirmed by Football Coach Dabo Swinney.
He released a statement that was posted online at Tigernet saying that "Chef"as he's known to fans, will be suspended to open the season.
Schieffelin was a key component for Clemson Basketball before exhausting his eligibility. He has since joined the football program. No further details on the arrest have been released, as of the time of this report.
