A proposed bill in Tennessee seeks to give men the right to stop their unborn children from being aborted. The bill seeks to allow an expectant father to "petition a court for an injunction to prohibit a woman who is pregnant with the person's unborn child from obtaining an abortion." Opponents of the proposed legislation are complaining the bill doesn't specify whether it applies to rape victims. Plus, the bill says the person who files the petition doesn't have to prove he's the biological father, which opponents also say is a major flaw in the legislation.
