A dead body was discovered next to a major Upstate highway. The body of a man was found off the side of I-385 just before the Woodruff Road exit Thursday morning. The Greenville County EMS and Sheriff's Office arrived on the scene around 8:30 AM.
The deceased has been identified as Michael Reynolds. A friend of Reynolds was on the scene, she says that she and another person discovered his body and called 911.
Reynolds seemingly died in the early morning hours Thursday. His friend did say he had underlying medical conditions. The Greenville County Sheriff's Office was still on the scene investigating, as of the time of this report.
