The body of a missing Lake Hartwell kayaker was recovered Saturday. Oconee County Coroner Karl Addis said the body of a 47-year-old William Shane Haguewood of Fair Play, was located and recovered by Dept. of Natural Resources divers before noon.
Haguewood was found near the Port Bass Development in depth of water 44 feet after he went missing last Wednesday. An autopsy will be performed Tuesday.
