The body of an Upstate teenager was pulled from the water at Lake Hartwell, over the weekend. The Anderson County Sheriff's Office responded Saturday night to a call from a man who's friend was missing after they had been on the lake.
The man reported that the duo was kayaking when they were caught in a storm, the man said he made it to shore but his friend did not resurface.
The missing kayaker's body was located and recovered from the water nearly 24 hours later. The Coroner's identified the victim as 19 year old, Joshua Edwards of Anderson.
