A bond hearing for a suspect accused of killing an elderly Upstate woman that was set for Friday morning has been delayed. 26 year old Jonathan Luben was arrested in January after a shooting during a road incident in Greenville County.
Investigators say, Luben got into a fight with another driver and fired into the other vehicle. Those shots fatally struck the vehicle's passenger, 76 year old Betty Amick.
Luben is charged with murder, attempted murder, assault and a weapons violation. His bond hearing was set for 930 AM Friday, but was delayed by the court. The reason for postponement is unclear.
