POLL: Should all migrants at the southern border be tested for COVID?

As the surge of migrants at the U.S. Mexico border continues, local officials are concerned they're spreading COVID-19 to border communities. Border Patrol President Chris Cabrera says many migrants leaving their facilities don't know if they have COVID... saying that very few get tested in border patrol custody.
