A brother and sister duo are dead after a weekend crash in the Upstate. The wreck happened around 3AM Sunday morning on Spring Street in Spartanburg County.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol says the driver of a Jeep Wrangler ran off the road, hit a tree and the vehicle overturned. The driver and a passenger both died in the crash, another passenger was transported to the hospital.
The Spartanburg County Coroner's Office identified the victims as 19 year old, Jesus Gaspar Sandoval and his sister 18 year old, Emory Desiree Gaspar.
