Charges against an Upstate woman stemming from a crash last month have been upgraded after the victim died earlier this week. As we previously reported, the crash happened August 21st when a bicyclist collided with a car on Fire Tower Rd in Williamston.
The bicyclist was transported to the hospital where he died, Monday afternoon. The Anderson County Coroner's Office has identified as 59 year old, Anothony Catalfomo. The charges against the driver, LeeAnn Moore have now been upgraded to fatal DUI and felony hit and run.
