Documents state that between June 2021, when the 17 year old was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes, to August 2022, the young girl was never taken back to her pediatric endocrinologist, nor properly provided with the insulin she needed.

Two year ago on Aug. 13th, the warrant said Sweeney found the girl on the bathroom floor, called 911 and told dispatchers  "I knew she shouldn't of had that milkshake..."

That day, the teen died of severe hyperglycemia and the manner of death was listed as a homicide.
