Coca-Cola apparently encouraged its workers to participate in an anti-racism course to learn to be “less white” in order to fight racial discrimination.
The seminar was called "Facing Racism". The company reportedly admitted that it invited its workers to take the course, but they did clarify that it was not a requirement.
