Memorial services for the late Senator Lindsey Graham are still in the planning stages from D.C. to Upstate South Carolina, and are experiencing some complications. For one thing, there's the likelihood that he will lie in state at the Nation's Capitol according to Senator Tim Scott.
He also says memorial plans will have to include travel and security arrangements for the number of foreign dignitaries, including heads of state wanting to attend. Graham was known for his support of America's allies, especially Israel, and particularly when foreign policy and politics didn't always mesh comfortably.
Senator Scott says, arrangements for National Cathedral services, and possibly burial at Arlington, will be delayed at least until next week.
