Congressman Jeff Duncan has held the annual Faith and Freedom BBQ since 1st being elected as the 3rd District U.S. Congressman in 2011. This year's installment of the event featured speakers such as U.S. Senator and Presidential candidate Tim Scott.
Florida Governor Ron Desantis was originally scheduled but stayed in Florida to deal with ongoing issues there. In his absence, his wife Casey Desantis spoke at the event.
The event brought out a "who's who" of Republican officials from around the state. SC GOP Chair Drew McKissick, State Rep. Adam Morgan and others were on hand. Both of them joined Tara Servatius, who broadcasted live from the event.
