A man is dead after a workplace accident in the Upstate. The Spartanburg County Coroner's Office says 57 year old Kevin Flynn if Laurens died at a construction site, this morning.
Flynn was working on a retaining wall in Lyman when an excavator reportedly fell through the wall and trapped Flynn under it. OSHA has been notified and is investigating the fatal incident.
