It didn't register on the Richter scale, but the ground was shaking as boots were stomping in Easley Friday night, September 26, 2025. The towns newest sports and entertainment complex drew over 16,000 as Treaty Oak Revival hit the stage at District Park.

Easley, South Carolina's newest Sports and Entertainment Complex boasts "60+ acres of entertainment space including a TrackMan Driving Range, Pickleball courts, party rooms, indoor and outdoor soccer fields, dining, and more—"
Expected to create over 300 jobs, District Park has something for everyone and plenty of economic benefit for Pickens County. Friday's concert event, which opened with special guest 49 Winchester, brought in approximately $3M in revenue as local fans and out-of-towners descended upon Easley.

Pickens County Council member, Chris Bowers, anticipates a major impact on the community, as District Park will bring jobs to the area but also the economic development in general: "its more than just the businesses that are here... it's quality of life, its education, its healthcare and people want something to do. By the same token you look at the ripple down effect. So it gives local jobs when you have a venue like District Park... it has such a huge ripple down effect in our local economy."
Despite some concerns over traffic and flow getting into Friday night's concert, Bowers said "just in direct spending from out of town guests, half a million dollars in one night to the Pickens County economy. If you look at the total, you're looking at, conservatively, $3M-$7M in one night...so when I look at just that in one show, the impact on our local economy, District Park's gonna be huge." Bowers also shared area hotels, within a 10 mile radius, were also sold out due to the concert.
