We all know that the holiday season brings stress. A 2021 study from Pyschiatry.org says that about 46% of Americans have anxiety about how they will afford to pay for Christmas. Keep in mind, that number is likely higher this year, as inflation has skyrocketed and the economy has slipped further into recession. The Christmas Season at its core is based on the concept of being happy and enjoying family and friends.
