Fireworks are a tradition that goes hand-in-hand with the Independence Day holiday. Many area towns and cities are set to have fireworks displays this weekend. Many people have made a tradition out of gathering with family and friends to have their own fireworks displays. Although, like everything else fireworks have risen in cost from last year. Record inflation hikes have trickled down to the fireworks industry as well. Fireworks retailers say that inflation has caused the cost of fireworks to rise on average of 25-30%.
