Charges have been announced against the driver that the Highway Patrol says is responsible for a wreck in Spartanburg County that killed his brother. The crash happened November 11th on I-26 near mile marker 32.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol says Christian Baxley is now charged with Felony DUI resulting in death. The accident report says Baxley, tried to pass a semi-truck on the shoulder of I-26 and hit another semi that was parked on the shoulder. Christian Baxley’s brother Colby Baxley died as a result of the collision.
