A suspect is in custody on drug trafficking charges in Western North Carolina. The Asheville Police Department says 47 year old, Jose Lynn Espada Jr was arrested just before 4 PM Tuesday afternoon.
Police say, he was found with fentanyl and crack cocaine. Officers seized just over 8 grams of fentanyl and 8 and a half grams of crack.
Espada is charged with trafficking both crack and fentanyl, among a list of other charges. He's being held in Buncombe County on a $300,000 bond.
