A small earthquake was reported in the Upstate Thursday morning. The 1.9 magnitude quake hit near Lake Keowee in Pickens County. The U.S. Geological Survey confirmed that the earthquake hit around 7:10 AM.
There have been no reports from residents feeling the tremor. This quake comes after several others were reported earlier this summer in the Midlands.
