The Anderson County Sheriff's Office has a suspect in custody after a double homicide at a used car lot outside of Williamston.

Deputies were called for a welfare check Friday evening around 7PM at Los Amigos Car Sales on Highway 29 North near the Anderson County Jockey Lot, when the owner did not show up for a sale.

When deputies entered the business, they found the two men that had been shot to death. The Anderson County Coroner's Office identified the victims as father and son, 53-year-old Ernesto Blanco and 23-year-old Kevin Ernesto Blanco.

Detectives were able to gather enough evidence to lead them to the suspect, Shamacus Tyrel Adams. He was apprehended in Greenville, late Friday night. Adams faces two counts of murder and one count each of armed robbery and a weapons violation.
