The final suspect in a group accused of beating a man with metal pipes at an Upstate home, is now in custody. The Oconee County Sheriff's Office says 35 year old, Andrew Lee Bryson of Walhalla was taken into custody, yesterday afternoon.
Bryson and three others, Kellie Renee Brown, Michael Marcello Jr. and Chase Bonecutter were all charged with 2nd degree assault by a mob. Brown, Bonecutter and Marcello were all taken into custody earlier this month.
The charges stem from an incident in which the four allegedly went to a home in Walhalla and beat a man with metal pipes. The victim did suffer injuries in the incident and was transported to the hospital.
