The suit filed Tuesday in Greenville County court is on behalf of a girl who claims she was victimized by the organization's founder Scott Foster. The suit claims the girl was victimized on at least ten occasions; in Foster's home, his car, and in hotel rooms in several states.

The multi-state factor had brought Homeland Security into the criminal investigation. Foster was found dead from a self inflicted gun shot wound on August 22nd, his death was ruled a suicide.
