Five people have been arrested and five pounds of fentanyl were seized in a Western North Carolina drug raid.
The Buncombe County Sheriff's Office executed search warrants on an apartment and a storage unit there and uncovered large amounts of various drugs and a gun.
Deputies seized five pounds of fentanyl, nearly a pound and a half of meth, more than two pounds of heroin, about 2,500 miscellaneous pills, a pistol and other items in the raid.
Five people were arrested in the drug trafficking operation they include, Shabazz Nygel Tucker, Sophia Hope Ridener, Lashay Burt, Terry Anthony Graha Jr., and Keiana Webber. All five now face drug trafficking charges.
