A former South Carolina State Trooper has been arrested again on child pornography charges . 45 year old, Randy Lynn Quinn Jr. was arrested Monday in Oconee County. It his 3rd arrest in the last 11 years on similar charge.
The Oconee County Sheriff's Office says, Quinn was in possession of child sex abuse material between May of this year and September. Quinn worked for the South Carolina Highway Patrol and the Gaffney Police Department, prior to his arrest in 2011. He was convicted on charges related to child porn in 2012 and then again 2017.
Quinn was already on the Sex Offenders List , he's charged with 2nd degree sexual exploitation of a minor.
