A frequent flyer so to speak is back behind bars at an Upstate jail. The Anderson County Sheriff's Office says, a female suspect was seen fleeing a home on Brown Road after stealing jewelry from inside.
After an investigation, the suspect was identified as 35 year old Serah Cartee. She was apprehended by police and turned over the stolen jewelry.
The Sheriff's Office says this marks the 8th time that Cartee has been charged with similar crimes this year alone.
