The Upstate's largest school district has announced some changes to their guidelines for athletic events. Officials with Greenville County Schools have laid out new rules, which take affect immediately.

The district says, any middle school or younger students now have to be accompanied to a game by an adult 19 or older. High school students will have to show school issued ID to attend games by themselves. Otherwise, they also will have to be accompanied by an adult 19 or older.

The district says no loitering is allowed and all fans need to be seated in the stands. Finally, they say that not following the guidelines could result in removal from the event without a refund.
